Và Tại-Sao có hàng triệu Chiến-Sĩ Miền Nam, Trong khi Nền Văn Hoá cả Việt Nam, Toả ra những Sương Mù đầy hơi độc, Này nhé, không phải <Đảng Phái Quốc Gia> là Thực-Dân Pháp? Bạn đừng quên một <Phạm Hồng Thái, một Nguyễn Thái Học> của chúng ta, Không phải Thực-Dân đâu, cả cụ Phan Bội-Châu, Bạn đã chụp mũ tổng-quát Việt-Nam Quốc-Dân Đảng? Sự <Phân Chia Giai Cấp> của các Bạn đã từ lâu, Làm Phân Hoá hôm nay Toàn Dân Việt, Trên 40 Quốc-Gia đã đón Dân Ta tỵ-nạn! Bạn biết không Nguyên Nhân Ấy, vì sao? Cuộc Lưu Vong của hàng triệu Dân Việt-Nam, Trước các Bạn gọi Họ là Nguỵ, < Dân phản quốc>? Nay Bạn gọi Họ là Việt-Kiều yêu nước, Khúc Ruột dài Ngàn Dậm đó phải không? Bạn có thấy Cha Mẹ Họ bi-đát không? Bạn có biết bách-phân Dân Miền Nam tiêu-cực? Kể cả Hôm Nay và cả những Tương-Lai? Nếu Các Bạn không chấn chỉnh Tư Duy, Nền Văn-Hoá Việt sẽ càng ngày càng Phân-Hoá, Bạn có biết bao Tài-Nguyên đang tàn phá? Nếu Các Bạn biết Góp Vốn vào <Nền Văn Hoá Của Ông Cha>, Nó sẽ khác, đoàn-kết được <Lòng Ái-Quốc> của <Người Miền Nam>, Đã đóng góp cho Việt-Nam đầy Lý Tưởng, Lẽ dĩ-nhiên <Văn Hoá VNCH> có cái hay, cái dở, Song Lý-Tưởng chân-thành và Chính-Nghĩa rất rõ ràng, Định-Hướng mà Các Bạn tiến tới, đang theo, Chính là Lý-Tưởng của Quân-Dân Miền Nam đấy, Tôi ức-chế vì Tư-Duy các Bạn chưa nhìn thấy, Con Đường Đi Chính Nghĩa của Miền Nam, Cho đến Hôm Nay, Họ vẫn âm thầm, Gửi Tiền Bạc về Việt Nam Quốc Nội, Nhiều Sản Phẩm Văn Hoá Cao & Văn Nghệ, Các Bạn nhập du và chưa biết Cám Ơn? Nói như thế, Các Bạn có thấy Ăn-Năn? Những Bằng-Hữu, Cha Anh, Họ-Hàng bị CSVN ruồng-rẫy? Tôi vẫn cảm phục cái Tinh Thần Ái Quốc, Của Quân-Dân VNCH, Miền Nam cũ năm xưa, Và nếu Bạn Định-Hướng đến được tới Bờ, Thì cũng là Cái Đích của VNCH cũ? Một Dân Tộc phải Đa Nguyên và Dân-Chủ, Phải Nhân Quyền tuyệt đối cho Con Người, Lý Tưởng Nhân Bản phải thực Sáng Ngời, Mới có thể vỗ ngực Ta Là Quân-Tử? Xin Các Bạn hãy nhìn Con Thuyền Văn-Hoá, Những Cánh Buồm chưa bao-giờ Gió Căng Đầy? Chưa bao giờ Bạn có Đoàn Thủy-Thủ hay? Và Đoàn Kết nhất-trí thành một Quê-Hương cả? They wanted to expel all French and American Colonists as well as Pro Westerners’ Vietnamese, another term Nguỵ, away. Do you know why there has been South Vietnam? Why was there millions of Republic of South Vietnam Soldiers? While our Vietnamese Culture Sky was suddenly covered a lot of poisonous political solutions? Well, don’t think that All Vietnamese National Parties were French Colonists? Please don’t forget our well known heroes Pham Hong Thai and Nguyen Thai Hoc. Neither Scholar Phan Boi Chau was a colonist as well. In the passé, You generalized VNQDD <National Vietnamese People Party> as Colonists, just because you wanted to occupy more power and interests, didn’t you? Was it a betrayed behavior toward your friends and your parents? You dared to accuse your parents as bad landlords and kill them. They’ve saved & invested treasure in many years aiming at supporting their kids were totally bankrupted. The Communism Disease spreading all over the world and following an unrealistic Social Objective has infected our Country. Today, we have been driven into from Blue Capitalists to the Red One, haven’t we? Beside, our Country’s People Discrimination Policy has been seriously influencing and causing our whole people separation. Over 40 countries in the world have accepted our Vietnamese Refugees, both political and economy aspects. Do you really know the causes? Do you know the exiled millions of Vietnamese whom you previously called Nguy, or <National Betrayers>, now you change and calling them Patriotic Viet kieu, or you’re same long intestines of them? Do you have any bad felling when realizing their parents’ tragedies? They some have been drown into the seas or labored in the prison camps for years. When they were released, they were mental but they must try to raise their kids hardly. It has been very hard for their children to avoid their cultural alienation to become outstanding quintessence members coming back home to build our Country well, just because Vietnamese Communist National Policy was not sincere at all? Do you really know the Negative Side Percentage of VN Southerners today or even tomorrow? If you don’t adjust your Thinking, our Vietnamese Culture will be seriously separated. Do you really know how much of our Natural Resources have been destroyed? If you know how to share your efforts into our Ancestors’ Culture, It would have been different. You have been able to unite our Southerners who have shared to our Country ideally. Naturally, the Southern Culture has both good points and shortcomings; however, its National Ideology has been very clear and righteous? Your present Directed Doctrine should be the same Ideal Objective of Southerners, both civil and military people. I am so frustrated because your deep thinking hasn’t been clarifying this point. Until today, they are quietly sharing their money to inland friends and relatives. You have imported several of their helpful cultural and artist products and you haven’t said any thank you to them at all. After listening to all of my mentioned points, do you feel sorry at all, particularly for your dear parents, relatives and friends who have been previously maltreated? Personally, I still respect and remember the Patriotism of both Southerners, military and civil members, of old Republic of Vietnam. Expecting that your Directed Doctrine could be successful, it will be exactly the Social Objective of the RVN, won’t it? A People must realize their Democracy, their absolute Human Rights, and accept People’s Cultural Differences. Your Ideology must bright, and then you may be proud of your Noble Human Character yourselves. I appreciate your looking over our Cultural Boat now. Its sails have been never full of winds and your Boat has never recruited full and good Crews at all. Remarkably, we have never united ourselves into a Solid Native Land yet. Even living in exile at a Foreign County with Strangers, we just hope the Righteous Union of our People in our Lovely Culture. Please get ridge of our Culture’s Karl Max Doctrine, because it is actually A Serious Cultural Cancer you have followed. The more you practice It, the more It will destroy our People Love and our wonderful Real Union for Our Fairy & Dragon Culture.
