Hay có lúc chúng ta thấy nhiều làn sóng? Nhưng dung dịch nước dòng vẫn luôn thay đổi.. Vì hóa chất lắng đọng hay hội nhập theo dòng.. Tôi còn nhớ một danh ngôn trong lớp học, Thầy giáo tôi bảo, Đức Phật thường bảo.. Các Con chẳng bao giờ <Tắm lại được> Nước dòng đâu? Cả lớp chúng tôi hỏi Thầy, một loạt dơ tay, Sau giải thích, thì ra, Hóa Chất nước dòng luôn luôn đổi.. Hóa Chất ngày hôm qua và hôm nay khác.. Dù Ta cùng xuống tắm một bến sông? Xem ra, cũng thấy những chuyển-biến của NVHVN? Từ những Thời xa xưa cũ cho đến Thời Đổi Mới? Hôm nay Ta, thời-kỳ Định Hướng vào TTKT.. Bạn thấy gì, trong mệnh-đề <Triết Học Xã Hội> thế-kỷ qua? Nếu Lập-Trường A cứ bỏ tù những <Người Đối-Kháng>? Hậu quả sao? Ta tạm mượn Ví-Dụ Gia-Đình.. Trong 10 Đứa Con, Tính-Tình khác biệt, đương-nhiên? Muốn Hợp Đề, chúng ta cần Hòa Giải? Cũng vậy, Chính Quyền luôn cần đến <Quân Bình trong Hòa Giải>? Một khi mà quá độc tài Vai-Trò Phụ-Huynh, Cha-Mẹ, Chóng hay chầy, tạo Phản-Ứng của các Con? Một MTVH tương tự, gồm có mọi Thành-Phần? I also remember my teacher’s explanation in my philo class about Buddha’s famous statement, “My dear sons, you can’t take another bath in the river flow, no more”. All of my class raised hands and asked our teacher; then he explained in details that the Chemicals in the riverstream always changes differently. The present chemicals that will be changed tomorrow and they will be different, even you will take your bath at the same spot of the rivershore. Similarly, we’ve seen several mutations in our Culture, since the old time till now, our new development period, even now, the political direction into the Economy Market? What have you seen in the Equation of Social Philosopy in our last century? The Social Philosophers have mentioned when we have a Thesis, we should have an Anti Thesis, and then a Synthesis as well. Probably, they have fixed Historical Time into 3 phases of periods of time flowing like a river? The Feudalism and Colonialism should be the Thesis? The Anti Thesis should be the anti Colonialism Revolutionary period, and today, we are in the Social Synthesis Process, do you think? Not at all, we haven’t found any Acceptable Balance Synthesis yet? In brief, we are still living along with our Culture Environment and the World is still being changed right in our country. Looking carefully into several Elements and Social Dynamics of our country, we must say, there are several Differences in our Culture. If the Strongest Standpoint of A has a fixed policy and put any Different Party in prison, what will the Society be in result? We take an example of our Family with 10 Children with different characters, naturally, we must know how to compromise their Differences to have our Happiness, the Synthesis, specally in our familial cultural context? It is similar as the Compromise our Husbands and Wives with our Children? Following me, Vietnamese Culture like Big Family. Therefore, the Government must know how to compromise in balance, both material as well as intellectual needs of the People? When Parents are strict Dictators with strick Policies, sooner or later, Children will have their Reflections or Feedbacks? So, similarly, in Vietnamese Culture, we have several different Groups and Members and they should request their Social Justice, like in Human Rights, and in Social Benefits as well. So, the divided and unjust social dynamics are always the results of National Divisions, if the Government treats unfair to these Social Elements in the Country. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung’s Speech, at the beginning of the new year has a richly understanding about the Needs and a necessary Balance of Societal Welfare or Benefits? The good Leaders require to have Courage & Bravely Character to make History, a famous Sample for the Country for ever.. If not, VC will be torn out in pieces and hardly peaceful to reconcile or to reach the Social Synthesis. I hope our VC Leaders would have An Outstanding & Elite Think Tank Ability in this period, particularly our Vietnamese Culture has just been recovered recently. In brief, Vietnamese Culture must balance its Social Welfare Level among its People. In the New Year of the Horse, National Cavalry and People are directing to the Happy Direction of Life and on the Horses of this very Culture, I would like to send my Message to the Elite Leaders: Please Be Courage the most to realize Your Goal for our Country.
