Ngược lại, một Chính Quyền nếu Trung Dung trong Quản Trị… Không thể coi thường Niềm Tin khác biệt của Toàn Dân? Sự Cuồng Tín có thể đưa đến Dạng Mê Tín Dị Đoan… Cũng có thể Tạo Nên một Hành Vi Vô Đạo Đức? Dạng Genocide của Phi Châu là một Hiện Tượng? Vì vậy Hiến Pháp Quốc Gia, phải Tôn Trọng Tự Do Tôn Giáo Con Người? Nạn Kỳ Thị Tôn Giáo trong Nền Văn Hóa của Nước Ta… Những Mâu Thuẫn, trước Năm 1954, Năm Di Cư, đã có? Tôi còn nhớ Hai Địa Phận Bùi Chu & Phát Diệm… Nhiều Giáo Dân Rào Nhà Thờ để Chống Lại CS Việt Minh? Và Hệ Lụy ấy, cũng đã Ảnh Hưởng vào Miền Nam…. Khi Đệ Nhất, Việt Nam Cộng Hòa Thành Lập? Cho nên, Chính Quyền Hôm Nay, cần nên Hòa Giải… Để Tâm Tình Người Dân Việt được Thoải Mái Ba Miền… Dạng Chính Trị mà Nền Văn Hóa cứ Duy Ngã Độc Tôn… Vô hình trung, Chg Ta đã thiếu hẳn Tầm Trí Tuệ? Có thể ĐCSVN chg ta đã Xây Căn Nhà Trên Bãi Cát? Vì Nền Tảng Văn Hóa này, Một Chiều, sẽ Lung Lay? Dạng Hòa Giải Văn Hóa Dân Tộc rất Khẩn Thiết Hôm Nay? Để Xã Hội Việt mình, mới Có Tình, Có Nghĩa? Suy diễn ra, cả trong một Cộng Đồng Thế Giới… Dạng Toàn Cầu Hóa, Có Chất Lượng Tầm Trí Tuệ, phải duy trì… Một Đại Gia Đình Thế Giới, Tình Huynh Đệ, phải Phát Huy… Phải Tôn Trọng Sự Công Bằng và Lòng Bác Ái! Chúng tôi hy vọng trong ít nhiều Thập Niên tới…. Thế Giới Tình Người được thoải mái, Thăng Hoa… Những Ich Kỷ và Dạng Bảo Thủ sẽ văng xa… Tầm Trí Tuệ Trung Dung, hướng vào Chân Thiện Mỹ… Nhân loại cần một Thế Giới thật hài hòa? Trong đó, Văn Hoá Nhân Loại chg ta cần phải thật Quân Bình? Luật Quân Bình Hóa Tư Duy & Lợi Quyền Vật Chất phải cần được duy trì, phát triển… Sự Quân Bình Xã Hội đó là gì? Đó là <Dạng hài hòa Trong Tri Hành> của Con Người Thỏa Hiệp? Nền Giáo Dục từ Gia đình ra đến Cộng Đồng đều phải tôn trọng sự Bình Đằng & Nhân Quyền... Luật của Liên Hiệp Quốc cũng đã viết rõ sự Tôn Trọng Quyền của Tha Nhân? Không quốc gia nào có thể cạnh tranh để ép buộc Người Khác... Không một quốc gia nào đối xử Tha Nhân là Người Nô Lệ, tạo ra sự Bất Công Xã Hội? Muốn Quân Bình Lợi Quyền và Quyền Lực, Chúng Ta cần Tôn Trọng Quyền Lợi của Tha Nhân? Nếu cần Chúng Ta cũng phải Hô Hào cả Toàn Cầu, mọi Quốc Gia? Những sự kiện phổ cập mà Thế Giới gần đây phổ biến? Chúng tôi nghĩ rằng các Nhà lãnh đạo phải chân thành, Chúng Ta mới có Hòa bình và Hy vọng? Và như vậy, phương tiện giao tiếp có thể là <Củng cố một Dạng Quân Bình từ Nhu Cầu Tinh Thần & Vật Chất>. Mỗi quốc gia, đều cần Tôn Trọng Quyền Này đối với Mọi Người? Trong bao lâu, Quốc gia của bạn chiếm vị trí ưu tiên? Bạn đã thiếu một số Luật Pháp trong Cuộc sống của Người Khác? Từ môi trường gia đình đến cộng đồng xã hội... Hơn nữa, toàn thế giới, trong đó, Giáo Dục Phổ Quát phải được phát huy? Chỉ khi nền giáo dục thế giới của chúng ta được nâng cao... Chúng ta mới có dạng Quân Bình giữa Nhu Cầu Lợi Quyền & Trí Tuệ? Các nhà Lãnh Đạo Giáo Tôn, và Chinh Trị Hôm Nay phải có một Sứ Mệnh? Trong việc Dựng Xây một Địa Cầu Toàn Cầu Hóa hôm nay <bao gồm tất cả các gia đình, và tất cả các quốc gia>... Thì Cái Tháp Thanh Bình của Loài Người mới luôn được vững bền? Sự Hài Hòa Nhân Bản, giữa Vũ trụ và Con Người mới có thể được thực hiện? Nhân Loại trên Địa Cầu mới sẽ được Bình Yên, Hạnh Phúc, & không rơi vào Hoảng Loạn? So the National Constitution, must Respect Religious Freedom of All People? Historically, we’ve experienced the Religion Division in our Culture miserable! So, we must Promote & Compromise our Religions equally in our Country & our World Community immediately now! Do you recall the Contradictions, before 1954, the very Year of Migration, we had? I remember the two Regions of Bui Chu & Phat Diem ...Many Catholics organized their Churches and trained Followers to fight Communist Viet Minh at the begining? And the Tragic Influence, as I remember, also affected the South of Vietnam, when the First Republic of Vietnam was established? So, the Government Today, should well consider and “be reconciled” deeply to the heart of the Vietnamese People, Who are well satisfied in the Three Regions? The form of Present Politics in our Culture is lacking of Wisdom, because our Political Form is the Totalitarian One! Absolutely, we really lack of our Smartest Mentalty? Our Vietnamese Communist Party Is building a House on the Sanddy Beach? Why? Because with this One-Way Culture Platform, It Will be shaking? Therefore, our National Cultural Reconciliation is very urgent? Actually & originally, Vietnamese Society, is always required our Mutual Human Love. Now, we must deeply think, even in a World Community. The Form of Globalization, Quality of Knowledge, & High Maintenance... It would be a Great Family in the World, Brothers and Sisters Love Must Be Maintained? Love, Respect, Fairness and Charity should be built and maintained forever! We hope for more or less the next few years, few decades, our Humanity Love will be comfortable, like Perfum Flowers. The Wars & Devil Destructions will be gone away... Our Mankind Wisdom, will be directed toward The Verity, The Honesty, and The Beauty! The Humanity needs a World of Harmony? A Cultural Ideology, in which Man should know how to balance? The Law of Balance from the Past to Present Life should be considered or required. What is Harmony? It is the <Harmonious Type of Peaceful Behavior Characteristic>? Coming from a Person who knows how to compromise? What are the origins of those? Is that Personality formed, thanks to Family Education? And Life in our Globe… All countries must respect Others’ Rights & Equality... Must Absolutely Respect Human Rights of Others as UN Laws required? No Country can compete to force others... to be subordinates for their group, creating more Social Injustice? Want to Have a Benefit in Power and Power ...Do We Need Respect for Humanity and Human Rights? Events that the World Recently Disseminated ...We think the Leaders must be sincere! And only when the Earth has a Righteous Man Act ...Then we have Peace and Hope? And so, the means of communication can be <Strengthen the mind and material needs>. Each Country, Should Respect for Human Rights to Others? For how long, your Nation occupied the Priority Position? Already, you’ve lacked some Justice in Life for the others? From the Family Environment to the Community or Society ... Furthermore is the whole world in which, Education must be flourished? Only when our world's education is uplifted...Then we have the Pacific Situation between the Need for Balanced Benefits & Wisdom?
