Nền Văn Hóa Dân Chủ, Tôn Trọng Nhân Quyền, &Tự Do nữa… Đã đóng góp vào Chu Kỳ Đời Sống của Con Người? Nền Văn Hóa Tây Phương có những Ưu Khuyết Điểm Nào? Cho Chúng Ta đáng HỌC HỎI trong Thế Kỷ Này, không nhỉ? Và cũng cần Hiểu Rõ Những Khuynh Hướng còn Thiếu Xót? Để Hoàn Thành những Chất Lượng Tốt cho Văn Hóa Nước Mình?
