Investors are always looking for success after their each project or business? In the Past, Old Chinese Culture, built a Great Wall! In Modern Time, Post-Communist China, now is dreaming with its Ambition <THE SILK ROAD>? Fed Russia with President V. Putin wants to restore Its Old Glory Past? All of them, with beautiful thoughts, want to integrate into the Market Economy? It has been known as the Global Formation in many countries, has spread everywhere? But, the Foundation of an Economic Market, has not well prepared, its Quality is Deficient? When Every Nation Trusts in the Global Market, when the Post-Communist China superpower & some of Its Small Allies seem very happy to engage In the Market Economy System? In my opinion, the Leaders Only Economic Section ...They have forgotten the Necessary Human Cultural Qualities? As a United States, with former Sec. H. Kissinger & Pres. Richard Nixon have made their Wrong Calculation about Human Materialistic Alienation Form? Does the Communist System still have their Ideological Form of Power? Once they hold their Strongest Power, Post-Communist Leaders still maintain their Dictatorship Form... Will they find a way to structure and share the Demand section forever?

American and European Friendly Playgrounds are characterized with the Freedom-Free? But they have no suspicion about the Form of Breeding Quality? Because they are missing Cultural Characters like Freedom, Democracy, & Human Rights... They still construct their Power & strengthen their Power? Pres. Xi Jinping, when finished many opponents or V. Putin, too, have never respected democracy, freedom? They are all aimed at eliminating the other opponents. And so, we only see the Super Dictates, and Totalitarians? We only see their Unfit Culture and they all are the Center of Propaganda, & Doctrine...

This Cultural Quality can’t be enough to raise or to promote our Mankind... For Their Purpose, is creating their Power, their Right, their Benefit on their Direction? Their Cultural Characters do not judge or reconcile the Human Civil Society Justice? What is the foundation of the Society if they succeed? Gathering into, a Single-Discipleship Quality? We think that... Mankind must have a Sublime Orientation... And Open for All Humans, All Nations in the Century... Increasing Benefit, Righteousness in Society... The Brick is the Foundation for Human Culture? Best Quality of Culture, according to me, is the foundation Today...

The United Nations & Super Leaders must concern about which option? Only when we have the Number of Best Quality... Peace and Bliss of All Nations... New Promotion and Good Education will spread... We May Build a Brighter Community of Human Beings?
