When they see Money, they are attached like the Ants, and Bees? In Human Culture, I think there are still, many Cultural Reasons? Should Post-Communist China spend more time to research and expand its Cultural Exchanges? Create a Friendly & Compassionate Relationship for the People? For example, in VN-Socialist & Republic, there are 4 Goods & 16 Golden Words? Which is a sincere link, sometimes <easy to persuade each other>? I agree Chinese are famous in Business with Clever Merchants!

But in what environment? <Market Economy> or <Command Economy>? If a product that is good, cheap, easy to buy? At the above 2 Forms of Market, is there a Difference? For example, in the Command Economy, almost do you don’t need Price? But in Market Economy? Price is needed for that Product? The train, or the cargoes train, is far from the port ...How does the Post-Communist China know how to apply? Market Economy or Command One? And on the Management Point of Views, then Different Papers, as well as Invoices, again? Not On the Street Sales? And today, how many Financial Management Procedures are there in order for Maintenance? Not to mention different methods, the Professionals? Plus Chinese Language, not universally, in the International Different Markets? I'm afraid that the Super 21 <Silk Road Project will be fragile>? Territorial Rights or Sovereignty, for example, the Status Quo as in the South China Sea today? Superpower Post-Communist China is still struggling, It does not know how to resolve favorably? Are there so many other Complex Problems?

Are the Recipient Nations accepting bad Conditions?

Ships from the remote, Products are delayed there in the Ports, through days and nights may be spoiled or damaged, etc… They lack of Support, not long, may be reduced to their quality? Trade Deficits can be undermined with both sides? When there are confused between the 2 Forms of Market Economy and Command Economy? Therefore, Once Market Economy & KT are messy? Do we need our Harmony Status before doing our Trading? And that is the Mutual Political Policy and Foreign Trade Agreements of Allies and Trade Countries ...Therefore, we should establish Transparency and Fair Agreements in advance between us… To me, the OBOR project of New Superpower Post-Communist China could be like An Adventure? Human Factors in Agreements & More Understandings in Mutual Cultures of the World must be invested as well? And moreover, in PC China, remote Areas are very much in need of <Better Infrastructure Construction> first?

900 million of People in China are still very <Difficult I their Poverty>? They are in need to raise, and need to develop <by decreasing their Poverty Level asps>? The Silk Road of 21st Century Project. Today, in my opinion, PC China should be think tanked again and studied more carefully? The Great Social Problems of the National Economy ...Must Be Open-Minded, For Developing on Demand & Expectation of the Whole People? The Human Factor is not Finalized in the Nation? Why are You looking forward to the Adventure Projects?
Will Chinese Leaders today, know how to avoid the status of the <Heavy Load Could Cause Physical Problem>? And the circumstances of <THE SMALL CRAB WILL BE IN TROUBLE TO BUILD THE WHOLE THE SOUTH SEA SHORE> !!
